This article uses the example of the Chinese company Taobao to reveal modern e-commerce management strategies. A brief description of the main areas of their improvement is given. A conclusion is made about the use of a systematic approach to the development of various areas of the company's activities. Successful implementation of the proposed initiatives will strengthen the company's leadership position in the e-commerce market and ensure sustainable development in the long term.
