In the conditions of market economy the problem of definition and justification of strategic priorities of activity of the enterprise of retail trade is actualized. Strategic priorities are clearly formulated goals for the long-term development of the enterprise. The process of developing effective strategic activities is quite a complex task. This process is complex, because it is necessary: to correctly determine the strategic priorities of the enterprise, (based on their capabilities and interests). Identify a number of alternative strategies and determine the criteria for their effectiveness, depending on the specifics of the field of activity of the organization.
