Innovation potential assessment of an enterprise on the basis of factor approach

The article focuses on a topical problem of innovation potential assessment of an enterprise. The authors analyse current approaches to examine innovation potential of the enterprises divided into two complementary classes: efficient and structural. The more universal and fundamental methodological approach to consider innovation potential of the enterprises can be based on a multifactor model of production, where the system product is regarded as a function of the basic production factors. The authors suggest using this approach in order to adjust the structure and performance indicators of innovation potential.
