Determination of the effectiveness of the predominance of the practical aspect in the decision on case in the system of case law (Anglo-Saxon legal family) compared to the civil law system (Romano-Germanic legal family)

The subject of the article is the legal system and legal families, exactly Anglo-Saxon legal family and Romano-Germanic legal family, in order to identify distinctive features and determine the predominance of the practical aspect in the dicidion on case in the system of case law in comparison with the system of continental law. When comparing, the main criteria were: the structure of legislation, the procedure for holding a court hearing and the role of a highly qualified specialist in the field of jurisprudence in the process. It should be noted that it is impossible to draw an accurate conclusion on the superiority of a particular system, since each of them has positive and negative features.
