BACKGROUND: Currently, the list of diode semiconductor lasers in surgical dental practice is expanded due to the development of the blue laser. The topical issue is the evaluation of the effects of laser radiation with a wavelength of 445 nm on the microcirculation of oral cavity mucosa.
