This study analyzes more than 70 domestic and foreign scientific sources on the problem of determining the components of personal and business qualities of future managers. Based on the analysis, the article reveals the content of the components of the personal and business qualities of future managers. These qualities will subsequently be the goal of formation in the process of professional training.
