We consider the coordinates of point target in the subsurface probing through radiation transmitting and receiving antenna of the probe signal in the subsurface space and reception reflected from the point target signal is the same antenna and the other receiving antenna, separated by some distance. We estimate the statistical characteristics of determining the coordinates of the point target.
