Defining the place of the concept of "deep-fake" in legal regulation

When processing with deep-fake technologies, an audiovisual work, taking into account the initial creative contribution, does not cease to be such, retains its shape, and therefore a "new" object is not created that would qualify for inclusion in the list presented in Article 1225 of Russian Civil Code. Russian and foreign judicial practice, the model of legal regulation of the "deep-fakes" of the People's Republic of China are analyzed.
