The genotoxic properties of the anti-migraine compound RU-31in the finished dosage form and chemicalsubstance (GLF and CS RU-31) for gene mutations in the in vitro test using the Ames microplate test, including test strains of S.typhimurium and E.Coli, and in the in vivo single test were studied and course administration on 60 whiteout breed rats, of both sexes, taking into account chromosomal aberrations in mammalian bone marrow cells. Obtained during the procedure indicate the absence of the mutagenic activity of the anti-migraine compound.
