Determination of some criteria for methods with no regulatory limits

Since it was unavailable to define metrologically most of methods they did not have their normative limits (convergence, reproducibility) The possibility to define exact criteria for methods that do not have normative limits appeared with accepting the GOST ISO 5725-2003 standard. Examples of metrologic definition with card of Shuhart are reviewed in this article
