In the report on valuation, according to requirements of article 11 of the Federal law from July 29, 1998 № 135-FZ «About valuation activity in the Russian Federation» the exact description of object of estimation, and the purpose and a problem of carrying out of an estimation of object of valuation should be specified. Frequently, at occurrence of rent relations the lessor and the tenant agree about size of a rent based on opinion of the appraiser expressed in the report on valuation. What in this case is object of valuation, what purposes and problems of carrying out the valuation of object of estimation? These questions are considered in article.
