This article discusses the problem of creating an effective method for determining the deviations of the internal contour of cylindrical structures. The lack of data obtained in the process of controlling assemblies using templates does not allow one to fully evaluate the precise parameters of the product. In this paper, we developed and tested a method for determining the deviations of the internal contour of cylindrical structures with a measuring system based on a laser tracker. For data analysis, Spatial Analyzer and Excel software was used. Conclusions about the advantages of the method of determining the deviations of the laser tracker.
