Determination of the parameters of amplitude images micro- and nanoobjects using optical range radiation

The article proposes and tests a technique for studying amplitude images micro- and nanoobjects using direct visual microscopic observation. The technique is based on the analysis of the intensity of light scattered by nanoobjects in the far zone. It is established that the sensitivity of the method significantly exceeds the classical Rayleigh limit.
