Identification of signs of a virtual object in committing crimes against property

The importance of classifying virtual objects in the context of criminal law relations lies in determining their legal status when committing crimes against property. Due to the rapid development of virtual space, it becomes advisable to study and amend in the criminal legislation the definition of the concept of «virtual object» and its characteristic features, which will allow distinguishing the types of virtual objects when committing crimes against property in virtual space.
