A method for determining the Br concentration using artificial calibration rock samples by wave-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer Lab Center XRF-1800 from SHIMADZU (Japan) describes in this paper. Analysis of the obtained using the proposed method data and the data obtained using the comparison method, as well as an assessment of the proposed method metrological characteristics, indicate its correctness and complementarity.
