Determination of subchronic toxicity of a silage feed additive of microbiological origin

Бесплатный доступ

The article presents the results of studying the parameters of subchronic toxicity of silage feed additive. The studies were conducted on non-linear white rats. In the experiment, it was found that the feed additive in dosages of 1/10, 1/20 and 1/50 of the maximum administered in an acute experiment does not cause symptoms of intoxication and death in animals. There is a positive trend in total protein, shaped blood elements, hemoglobin, and growth intensity in rats of the experimental groups. The absence of pathoanatomic changes of internal organs in all experimental animals was noted. The research results indicate that the tested silage feed additive is safe and has no signs of toxicity.
