The determination of surgical tactics at the infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm and combined affection of arterial channel of the heart and brain

In the article is given the comparative analysis of 2 tactics of care of sick men with uncomplicated infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and combined affection of the coronary bloodstream and brachycephal arteries. The first group consisted of 35 sick men, who have being operated by AAA without of surgical correction of affections of blood supply in the coronary bloodstream and brachycephal arteries. To the second group were included 55 patients, to whom at the presence of indications, first of all the surgical correction of affections of blood supply of the vital important organs, such as a heart and brain, were done, at the end the intervention on the abdominal aorta was done. Results of the care of patients were researched in the early and distant past operational period. The hold analysis has shown, that the combined affection of coronary bloodstream had been watched in the first group in 91,4% of cases, in the second group - in 78,2% of cases; concomitant affection of brachycephal arteries had been diagnosed in the first group at 14,3% sick men, in the second group - at 41,8% patients.
