Definition of the type of corporate culture as a tool for the development of the organization (on the example of PJSC Bank " FC Otkritie")

In this article, the authors attempt to determine the type of corporate culture on the example of PJSC BANK "FC OTKRITIE" using the model of Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI), proposed by K. Cameron and R. Quinn. The results of the study showed that in the organization, according to the respondents, there is no sharp discrepancy between the real and ideal models of corporate culture in the organization. However, respondents note the need to develop an adhocratic corporate culture, which is characterized by encouraging innovative ideas and a creative approach to their activities.
