Determination of interconnection between students competence development and academic efficiency

The article describes the problem of developing students'' competences as each competence affects the level of academic results. Developing the competences is the longterm and hard process. It''s necessary to develop competences on the early stages of personality formation and successful worker lifelong. Nowadays the level of competence development and students'' academic success is a key problem which is necessary to study and solve.
