In the article, the author, believing that the philosophy of law is a branch of philosophy about man, which aims to know the position of man and human culture in the development of the state, justifies that law, like other cultural phenomena, rises to the degree of philosophy by striving to know its significance in the general world order. From all this we see, the author believes, that if we keep in mind only the aspirations and goals of modern development and accordingly determine how modern law should be depicted, then we will not create a philosophy of law in our sense, and this, accordingly, is the task of the politics of law or legal policy, since it is at best it leads us to the knowledge of a certain degree of culture, and not to the understanding of the meaning of law in the history of the universe.
