Determining factors and dynamics of social differentiation of the population at the regional level (on the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan)

Reproduction and growth of the level of social injustice and differentiation comes out on top among the main socio-economic problems. Today we can speak of this as a global trend of social development. And this has negative consequences both for socio-economic development and stability in general, and at the individual level, limiting the personal development of a person and reducing the quality of labor potential. The purpose of the work is to highlight the basic trend of population differentiation at the regional level, to uncover and systematize the factors of its growth. The work reveals the elements of economic expression of social injustice. Methodological techniques are based on the assessment of the dynamics of the coefficient of funds. The paper presents the dominant factors of excessive social polarization, taking into account regional specifics.
