Russian version of Mackenzie's et. al. (2004) Inventory of Attitudes Toward Seeking Mental Health Services was tested on the community sample (n = 153, age: 18 to 62). Scales Indifference to Stigma and Help-seeking Propensity had good internal consistency (a =.84 and a =.79). Scale Psychological openness had a=.60. Exploratory factor analysis divided items of Psychological Openness into two factors, while two other factors had been replicated. New extracted factors were semantic similar to «Recognition of need for psychological help» (a=.63) and «Confidence in mental health professionals)) (a =.65) in Fisher and Turner's (1970) model of attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help.
