Optimal formation of processes of export, import and import substitution - methods and tools

It is shown that the processes planning and implementation of export, import and import substitution should be continuous and optimal according to the criterion of minimal damage to the socio-economic development of the country. The application of author's methods and tools for optimal selection of goods for priority import substitution and acceleration of the processes of searching for a manufacturer of goods among a variety of legal entities within the country is justified. An original method of optimal formation of export plans for goods is proposed, taking into account the minimum cost of financial resources for the production processes of exported goods and logistics.
