The article presents clinical and microbiological data in patients with seborrheic dermatitis. The results of the study showed a high seeding of pathogenic microflora in the family Micrococcaceae (st.aureus, st. Haemolyticus) in patients with seborrheic dermatitis, which contributes to aggravation of the clinical course of dermatosis. The use of drugs for external use of trinazole (for severe and moderate severity) and haikinazole (mild and moderate severity) for seborrheic dermatitis are effective in view of their anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial effects.
