Optimizing assortment inventories in the logistics system business

The question of optimization of assortment structure of stocks in logistic system of the enterprise on the basis of methods ABC - and XYZ - the analysis is considered. The description of methods and their efficiency is given. The results of these methods can be used to optimize the range of products, to assess the profitability of goods, as well as to assess the logistics activities of the enterprise.
