Optimization of business processes of the regional branch of the MFC

The paper considers the goals and objectives of the Multifunctional Center (MFC), the characteristics of its activities, and a brief history of its development. The issue of optimizing business processes is also considered on the example of the regional branch of the MFC. The analysis of citizens ' appeals to the MFC department was carried out using economic and mathematical methods, the most problematic areas of the department's functioning were identified, and a set of measures (recommendations) to improve the quality of public services was developed.
