Optimization of public procurement. Improving the quality of supplied goods and services

This article is dedicated to the issue of quality in public procurement. The authors analyze the advantages and some problems of the current legal and regulatory framework of the contract system of public procurement. The article contains proposals and recommendations for the development of the current legislation.
