In the modern world, the achievement and preservation of competitive advantages is possible only with a suitable formed strategy. The need for a strategy is especially noticeable in the conditions of macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainty, which are clearly visible today in many countries. The most well-known strategic analysis tools are SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, the McKinsey matrix and the PIMS model. The relatively new "SPACE" method made it possible to expand the capabilities of previously used tools. The purpose of the article is to consider the SPACE method as a way to optimize and improve the effectiveness of strategic analysis at the enterprise level.
