Optimization of use of production power of enterprises taking into account their cooperation interaction

The most important task of regulating the development of enterprises is the development of methods for quantifying the effectiveness of managing their production potential. The statement of the managerial task is presented, the solution of which is reduced to the optimization of the production potential of enterprises that are in long-term and stable relations of production cooperation. The indicated relations are inherent to a greater extent to enterprises working mainly on state orders and producing complex high-tech products. These include, for example, enterprises of certain industries that are part of the military-industrial complex (aircraft, shipbuilding, etc.). Diversification of production at these enterprises requires the modernization and development of their production capacities. Therefore, they urgently faced the task of optimizing investment activities in order to ensure a given increase in capacity at the lowest cost and taking into account their cooperation. The article presents the tools for optimizing the use of production capacities of these enterprises participating in the process of diversification of production.
