Optimization of yaks spleen homogenate autolysis phase based on the mathematical method of experiment planning

The article reveals the research on the base of factorial experiments and studies of immunomodulating activity of bioregulators, isolated from the yaks spleen, where the optimal modes of autolysis were found out. The maximal protein content in the bioregulator does not correlate with immunobiological activity. Indicators reflect the functional activity of Tand B-systems of immunity.
