Optimization of health care quality in the public health care service. Literature review

Optimizing of the health care quality in the public health care industry is necessary as a means of solving the most pressing problems of management, i.e. to achieve high financial performance, reducing costs, reducing the number of industrial disputes, problem solving and employee satisfaction in the industrial sector. Using the recommendations of a new international ISO standard (International Organization for Standardization) will improve the quality of health, and contribute to the sustainable development of industrial healthcare.
