Optimization of the quality of management and control of activities at LLC Terminal «Industrial»

The article deals with the problem of inefficient use of available resources, poor quality of management and control of activities, and suboptimal allocation of resources. The scientific novelty of the research is to develop a method for increasing the productivity of the terminal. As a result, the standard placement of containers in certain areas and sections of the terminal is proposed according to the time of arrival and unloading of containers.
