Optimization of the comprehensive treatment of the mucosa of the oral cavity

Oral mucosa cancer is the 6th - 9th most common malignant tumor in the world. Up to 80% of patients with this localization are admitted to specialized hospitals with locally advanced forms of the disease. The analysis of the results of the study made it possible to identify the main criteria for choosing the optimal option for the use of simultaneous polychemotherapy, interstitial neutron therapy alone or in combination with remote gamma therapy. These techniques can be used in specialized oncological and radiological healthcare institutions of the country.
