Optimization of constructional parameters of feeding device of an air-sieve winnowing machine MVU-1500

Optimal speed of moving of sunflower seed are not always the best for the air part of winnowing machine. One of the possible ways of increasing the speed of the introduction of components in pneumatic passage can be considered the installation of the immovable grain board between the pneumatic passage and the sieve boot. As a result of researches the optimal constructional features of the immovable grain board were determined: friction factor made 0.07, the length of the grain board - 0.10 m and the inclination angle of the grain board - 40°. It was ascertained, that in case of these parameters the speed of the introduction makes 0.33 m/s, which helps to increase the effectivity of the pneumatic passage by 16 %.
