Optimization of asthma symptoms control on the background of SMART-therapy

Bronchial asthma is a serious medical and social problem, which leads to a decrease in the quality of life of patients and often to their disability. The aim of the work was a comparative study on the control of asthma symptoms on the background of SMART-therapy in a single inhaler mode and nebulized corticosteroids in combination with short-acting p2- adrenostimulators patients during exacerbation. It was found that the use of SMART-therapy makes it easier to achieve control of asthma symptoms, reduce the frequency of hospitalizations.
