The paper discusses the issues of optimizing the logistics costs of public catering enterprises. Logistics costs are a serious problem for many companies, especially in a turbulent external environment and increasing competition. In this regard, many firms are looking to optimize their logistics processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency. The purpose of the study is to analyze the logistics costs of Vkusno i Tochka LLC and develop a project to optimize the Vkusno I Tochka restaurant. Research objectives: to determine the structure of general logistics costs of Vkusno i tochka LLC; compare the planned and actual logistics costs of the enterprise; analyze warehouse performance indicators; develop a project schedule using a Gantt chart and a budget for the project’s work according to deadlines to optimize the logistics costs of the Vkusno i Tochka restaurant. As a result of the analysis, the main problems associated with the high costs of transporting products, as well as with the operation of a warehouse for storing products, were identified. Based on the results of the analysis, it is obvious that there is a need to develop a project to reduce the logistics costs of Vkusno i Tochka LLC. A Gantt chart was used to plan the project’s work, and a project budget was developed to reduce the logistics costs of Vkusno i Tochka LLC.
