Optimization of the Parallel Import Mechanism as a Tool to Overcome Sanctions Pressure

The purpose of the work is to optimize the mechanism of parallel imports as a tool for overcoming sanctions pressure based on an in-depth analysis of judicial and arbitration practice established in modern economic and legal reality. The methodological basis of this work is general scientific methods of cognition of legal phenomena, such as synthesis, the method of analogy, formal logic, the comparative legal method, and others, as well as specific scientific methods for studying the optimization of the mechanism of parallel imports as a tool to overcome sanctions pressure. The significance of the work lies in the fact that this article shows the mechanism of parallel imports, which has acquired strategic importance as a tool for ensuring national economic security and maintaining access to critical goods and technologies. However, the current implementation of this mechanism is fraught with a number of significant drawbacks, including the lack of transparency of logistics chains, increased costs for importers, lack of official warranty support, as well as difficulties with customs clearance and product certification.
