The article considers the components of environmental building systems that allow you to control the deposition of suspended sediment in a thawed drain, as the catchment area and in buildings mechanical treatment, which will ensure maximum environmental safety of surface water.A version of a system protection of water bodies, including the drainage network, effective network management diversion of surface runoff in the mechanical treatment facilities, engineering activities, allowing to organize their work in different modes with maximum efficiency is proposed. The task of this work consists in the calculation of the optimal design parameters of horizontal tanks - the perimeter relief and the shaft sump water depth over it-passing on the costs of various flood periods using the method of undetermined Lagrange multipliers. By calculating the values of these parameters for the entire period of melting of snow by day, can make the shaft with the possibility of its regulation. In the days of the maximum flow rate to achieve the desired effect of purification, it is necessary to increase the layer of water above the shaft or part of the perimeter of its deepened part. The possibility of further purification with changing conditions of deposition of pollutants was studied. Studies of snowmelt runoff have shown a link between pH and value of free carbon dioxide. The model, which allows to determine the volumetric mass transfer coefficient of carbon dioxide, and thus affects the deposition of suspended particles in snowmelt runoff is presented.
