Optimization of cryopreservation process of sturgeon fish sperm at using the various mediuims

Preservation of the genetic information of valuable kinds of fishes who are being on the verge of extinction, is the important problem in cryobiology. The basic problem at cryopreservation is the selection of protec-tors providing maximum quantity of active spermatozoons after defrostation. Researches on optimization of cryopreservation process of russian sturgeon sperm at using the various mediuims have shown, that speed of peroxide lipid oxidation renders the direct influence on survival rate of spermatozoons.
