The article presents the results of computer simulation of the process of grinding of the raceways of the bearing rings on the rigid support in the software package ANSYS. To optimize the effect of residual stresses on deviation from roundness of the profile of the raceway rings of the bearing, as well as the calculation of optimum cutting conditions.
