Optimization of the process of sanitary and hygienic treatment of air of livestock rooms

The strategy of agricultural development includes the direction of ensuring safe working conditions, optimization of used equipment and prevention of employees' health. The air environment in the production livestock facilities is polluted with microbiological suspensions that affect the human organism on the cellular and subcellular levels. Thus, microbiological contamination can be considered an independent harmful production factor. Its quantitative indicators can be associated with the health of workers. The article presents the results of investigation of new methods and means of protection against microorganisms for agricultural workers. The possibility of using solutions of natural origin as a basis for disinfectants is considered. Plant origin of biologically active substances, such as essential oils, provides antimicrobial activity different from the mechanism of action of antibiotics and does not have side effects. We proposed an original model system in which we studied the antioxidant properties of essential oils by reaction with thiobarbituric acid in different conditions of experiment (with and without heating). As a result of the conducted experiments, it has been established that the greatest antifree radical activity has heated aniseed essential oil and Peucedanum Morison essential oil. However, essential oils do not have a bactericidal effect on sporeforming E. coli, so to increase the antimicrobial activity of the active substance the effect of additives was studied. As a result of the set experiments, the ability of the proposed composition for disinfection to have an inhibitory effect on the growth of microorganisms and fungi was established. For air treatment, the method of sanitary and hygienic treatment of air in livestock facilities was proposed, as a result of which the total microbial semination is reduced by an average of 3 times and the content of mold fungi - by 4 times.
