Optimization of the urban land tenure economic and ecological instruments implementation process

Problems of using different urban land tenure instruments as well as the ecological factor are considered in this article. The author analyses models of instruments use optimization. The model of optimizing long process introduction and regulating instruments utilization is formulated. The optimization problem is solved with the help of linear programming.
