Optimization of the process of selecting suppliers of import-substituting equipment for industrial enterprises

The article examines the current aspects of import and import substitution strategies in Russian industry. Special attention is paid to the problem of selecting and evaluating suppliers. The process of optimizing the selection of suppliers of import-substituting equipment using a digital tool is presented. The implementation of this tool contributes to reducing transaction costs, increasing the efficiency of resource allocation, and developing domestic production potential. The study shows that the use of digital tools in supplier selection is an important step towards technological independence and sustainable economic development in Russia. In the current geopolitical and economic conditions, this strategy is becoming increasingly significant for manufacturing companies seeking to reduce their dependence on foreign suppliers and ensure uninterrupted operations.
