Optimization of the production program of the enterprise of the military-industrial complex in terms of its diversification

The economic crisis of 2020, exacerbated by the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, required a sharp increase in the efficiency of production activities of all economic entities. This task is particularly relevant for enterprises of the military-industrial complex, which are the engine of recovery and development of the country's economy. The solution to this problem requires the conduct of their diversification. In the process of diversification, an important role is played by optimizing the production program of enterprises. The article presents tools for solving this problem, taking into account the specifics of modern conditions of economic development in Russia.
