The study of structural changes in industry is an important area of modern research, since it allows us to identify problems in economic systems and determine directions for solving these problems. At the same time, the study of structural changes in the fishing industry is not given due attention. The article presents the results of an analysis of the dynamics and structure of the fishing industry of the Far East and Primorsky Territory, based on official statistics provided by the Fisheries Monitoring Center. An analysis of the structure of the fishing industry complex by type of activity was carried out: fishing, fish farming, and processing and canning, and an analysis of structural changes in sold products, fixed assets, personnel and investments was carried out. A model of integral structural change was constructed based on the Holt-Winters model. The constructed model allows making decisions related to structural changes in the fishing industry, as well as predicting the impact of measures taken on the functioning and efficiency of the industry. A number of measures have been proposed to optimize the production structure of the fishing industry of the Primorsky Territory, which will ensure more effective management of imbalances and changes in the structure and contribute to the sustainable development of the industry.
