Optimization of the Mode of Forming Anti-Friction Coating During Diamond Smoothing Using Ultrasonic Energy

Бесплатный доступ

The article presents a methodology for optimizing the mode of forming an anti-friction coating using the simplex method under the action of surface ultrasonic treatment. To construct a system of inequalities, regression dependencies obtained on the basis of experimental studies were used. The maximum productivity of the diffusion coating formation process was used as the objective function. It is shown that the optimal conditions for processing the ends of axle box bearing rollers using ultrasonic energy according to the criterion of maximum productivity are: rotation frequency of the part n = 1000 min-1; transverse feed of ultrasonic tool S=0.09 mm/rev, indenter rounding radius r=2 mm, indenter pressing force to the treated surface P=300 N.
