The article discusses the types of risk for one of the enterprises in the Omsk region, which operates in the production of bread and flour confectionery products for non-durable storage - Melnik LLC. The company is offered an investment project to expand its activities in the form of creating a small cafe and increasing the range of products. The main types of risk during project implementation were considered, their assessment was carried out, and measures were developed to prevent possible risks.
