Optimization of the management system in the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation, and its aspects

This work is devoted to the study of the management system in the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation, its main and main aspects. The subject of the research is the management system itself, as well as the prosecution authorities of the Russian Federation and the main aspects of its activities in this vein. The purpose of the study is to propose ways to optimize the management system in the prosecutor's office, to identify the positive aspects and eradicate the negative ones. Methods of system analysis, dialectical, historical and formal-logical methods were used in the work. In addition, special legal methods of cognition were used: formal legal, historical legal, comparative legal. The paper presents the main ways of optimizing the system and proposals for their implementation in this direction. The main aspects of the work of the prosecutor's office are also considered, its pros and cons are identified.
