The article is devoted to the topical aspects of the influence of the socio-psychological climate in labor collective labor process. Considered the dual nature of the socio-psychological climate and the necessity for its optimization. The proposed methods for the optimization of socio-psychological climate, analyzed their worthy properties and disadvantages.
