Optimization of ways of revealing at animal recessive mutations

In the given work results are presented of the optimized reports on indication and identification of genotypes on genes of CD 18 and RYR 1. Researches have shown that the PCR-RFLP-analysis with primers (BLAD-F+BLAD-R) and (Ryr1-p-f+Ryr1-p-r) are satisfactory in respect of reproducibility and identification of genotypes of recessive mutations at a cattle and pigs.
